On Saturday, May 30, Cañada College honored its 2015 graduates during a
commencement ceremony where
598 graduates earned 909 degrees and certificates in 74 different majors.
Congresswoman Jackie Speier delivered the keynote address to the graduates. Special student recognitions included:- Class of 2015 Valedictorian, Fadi Aboud Syriani
- President’s Student Leadership Award, Sarahi Espinoza Salamanca
- Class of 2015 Student Speaker, Angelica Mendoza
- Honorary Associate of Arts Degree in Arts, Letter & Humanities, Gino Gasparini, Recology
