Spring 2023 Registration is Open and it's FREE!
Registration is open to all students for the Spring 2023 Semester. You can view the schedule of courses now on WebSchedule and register for courses on WebSMART. The Spring 2023 Semester is free, and Cañada will waive enrollment fees for students who reside in San Mateo County. Some exceptions apply; see our Free College FAQ for more information.

Student Volunteers Needed for Professional Photo Shoot
Do you want to be the face of Cañada? Join us for a professional photo shoot on Wednesday, March 8! These photos will be used in promotional materials for the school, including digital and printed materials. You may even end up on an advertisement for the school on social media, a bus, or on our website! Interested? Details are below!

Other Important Information:
- Participants cannot wear any clothes with logos or brand names
- Cañada clothing is highly encouraged
- All participants will be required to sign a photo release form
- Sign up for what sessions you would like to participate in

Library Newsletter
In the Cañada Library’s February newsletter, you will find informational resources regarding Black history and culture available to stream or check out. The Library has e-books, graphic novels, books and more available. Meet some of our Librarians or sign up for a Library Workshop! Topics covered include: fact checking, citations, Microsoft Word and Google Slides. Workshops will also be offered en Español! Faculty, please check out the newsletter and schedule a Library instructional session for your class. The Library team can work with your class on using databases, citations, evaluating resources and more!
Campus Shuttle
The Cañada College shuttle will run direct service Monday-Friday to/from Cañada and East Palo Alto through May 26, 2023. Visit canadacollege.edu/shuttle for the latest schedule updates.
Masking Requirement
San Mateo County’s current Community Level is LOW, and face masks are strongly recommended, but not required indoors at any SMCCCD facility except for those designated as a healthcare facility. Masks are located at various locations throughout all buildings. As the San Mateo County Community Level changes, updated information will be provided to students, employees, and visitors. To track San Mateo County’s COVID Community Level, visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website.
