Spring 2023 Registration is Open and it's FREE!
Registration is open to all students for the Spring 2023 Semester. You can view the schedule of courses now on WebSchedule and register for courses on WebSMART. The Spring 2023 Semester is free, and Cañada will waive enrollment fees for students who reside in San Mateo County. Some exceptions apply; see our Free College FAQ for more information.
You Can Still Add a Class to Your Schedule!
Students have until Monday, January 30, to add a semester-length class to their schedule. To get an add code for a class that has already started, please reach out to the class instructor. Check out Open Classes on WebSchedule to see available classes. Cañada also offers many late-start classes that are open for registration. Check out Late-Start Classes on WebSchedule to see what late-start classes are available.

Cañada Outreach is Hiring Student Ambassadors!
Cañada is looking for current students to assist with Cañada’s outreach and recruitment efforts. Student ambassadors serve as liaisons between Cañada College, local high schools, and the greater community. They give presentations, assist with Cañada events, and answer questions from current and prospective students. Interested students should plan to be at Cañada for at least one academic year commitment. Visit the Outreach page for more information. Please contact our College Recruiter Olivia Cortez-Figueroa to apply or if you have questions.
Masking Requirement
San Mateo County’s current Community Level is LOW, and face masks are strongly recommended, but not required indoors at any SMCCCD facility except for those designated as a healthcare facility. Masks are located at various locations throughout all buildings. As the San Mateo County Community Level changes, updated information will be provided to students, employees, and visitors. To track San Mateo County’s COVID Community Level, visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website.
