MASKING RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED

San Mateo County’s current COVID Community Level is LOW, and face masks are strongly recommended but not required while indoors any SMCCCD facility. As the San Mateo County community level changes, information will be provided to students, employees, and visitors.

As a reminder, the updated masking requirements, as outlined below, are effective until further notice, and apply to all students, employees, and visitors, regardless of vaccination status. Masking requirement signage will be posted throughout all campuses.

Face mask is required while indoors in any District facility.

Face mask is required while indoors in any District facility.

THERE IS STILL TIME TO ADD A COURSE THIS SEMESTER

Students have until August 30 to add a semester-length course to their schedule. To get an add code, please reach out to the course instructor. Cañada also offers many late-start classes. Check out WebSchedule to see what late-start classes are currently available. 

 

HEALTH CENTER IS OPEN

The Health Center has re-opened for in-person services. Appointments to see a health provider is recommended but walk-ins are welcome. Please visit https://canadacollege.edu/healthcenter/ for up-to-date hours and services. As a reminder, the Health Center does not offer COVID-19 testing. Please visit https://smccd.edu/return-to-campus/testing.php for COVID-19 testing services.

 

CAMPUS SHUTTLE

The Cañada College shuttle will run direct service Monday-Friday to/from Cañada and East Palo Alto beginning August 17, 2022 through December 16, 2022. Visit canadacollege.edu/shuttle for the latest schedule updates.

 

CAMPUS HOURS WEBSITE

Please refer to the Campus Hours website that provides an updated listing of campus-wide hours. Many Student Service offices will be extended evening hours the first few weeks of the semester to assist students.
